Q: What is the withdrawal/refund policy?
A: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. We understand that life can be beyond our control at times. With that said, we believe that our transfer/withdrawal policy is both reasonable and fair for registrants and Revenant Running. All cancellations must be made through Ultrasignup. The credit through Ultrasignup is good for two years for any Revenant Running event from date of issuance. The following credit amount is determined by date of cancellation:
-100% credit if canceled/notified 60 days from date of event
-75% credit if canceled/notified 30 days from date of event
-50% credit if canceled/notified 10 days from date of event
Q: Can I decrease/increase my race distance before race day?
A: It is easy to decrease your race distance before race day. Simply modify the distance through Ultrasignup. Please note that no refund or credit is provided for the difference in price. If you would like to increase your race distance, please contact us at email@example.com and we will happily help you make that change.
Q: What if I am unable to finish my intended distance and drop down to a lower distance on the day of the race?
A: If it is not your day and can not finish your intended distance, you may drop down to a shorter distance without being penalized with a DNF. Instead, you will be included in the shorter distance results but will not be eligible for any overall or age group awards.
Can I drop-down or jump-up in distances? Can I decrease/increase my race distance from the original registration distance?
A: Yes, but no refund or credit will be provided for the difference in price when decreasing distance.
The procedure for increasing distance from is dependent upon when making the change. If you are more than 60 days from the date of the event, simply cancel through Ultrasignup and re-register for your preferred distance. If you are less than 60 days from the event, please email us at revenantrunning@gmail and we will happily help you make the change.
Q: Can I sell my race entry?
A: No. As a matter of safety, we do not allow race entries to be sold or transferred. Additionally, a picture ID is required to pick up your race packet.
